General Disclaimer

All the information and tools on Resizer Photo, at resizerphotos.com, are only meant to help in a general way, and nothing more. I try to make every tool well, but I cannot promise that everything on this website is completely correct, reliable, right for your needs, or available at every moment.

If you rely on the tools, guides and other information on this website, that is your own responsibility. Resizer Photo is a personal project run by one person. Whether a team joins in the future or not, I cannot say. I test every tool before I make it public, but no software is completely free of bugs, so please keep that in mind. By using this website you accept that a mistake can happen now and then, that you may get results you did not expect, and that the website may go down or something else may happen. I cannot promise that this website will always run without a break or an error. Problems will come now and then, and sometimes the website will stop.

Tool Results

The results of the tools can be different depending on your browser, your device, your operating system and the image itself. When you use the tools, the quality of your image may get worse, or something else may happen, and this website is not responsible for that.

Before you use my tools, or any tool, please keep a copy of your original image. Use the tool only after that, so that if something goes wrong, you still have the original.

No Professional Advice

I cannot say that everything on this website is completely correct. The blog posts and guides here are general information, and they are not professional technical advice. If you use these image tools, or this website, for anything serious, such as a legal document, a medical record or an ID, please do not depend on what you read here. Ask a qualified professional for advice.

Browser and Device Compatibility

These tools are built to work in many browsers, such as Chrome, Firefox and Safari. I test them mostly on the browsers and devices that people use the most, but I cannot promise that they will work well in every browser and on every system. So please check them yourself, and if you run into a problem, do tell me. If it is something I can fix, I will fix it. A browser with JavaScript turned off, or a device with very little memory, may run the tools slowly, and sometimes a tool may not work at all. If a tool does not work the way you expect, please update your browser or try a different one. If it still does not work, write to me and I will look at it. I also cannot promise that every result will meet every need you have, such as file settings, colours, print quality, or the rules of a particular website or platform, like a government ID photo. The tool may not give you an image in the highest quality, and you may see some small problems in it. If your work has strict technical requirements and it is very important, please get it done through a professional, and do not depend on this website completely. Check the result yourself once more, and keep a copy of your original image safely with you.

Acceptable Use

Please use these tools for lawful purposes, whether for personal use, for study or for other work, and only on images that you own or have the right to use. Please do not use them to break copyright law, to mislead or cheat people with false content, or for anything illegal. It is your own responsibility to make sure that you have the rights and permissions for any image you work on. If you do anything wrong with it, you are responsible, and the owner of this website is not responsible for it.

Third-Party Content and Advertisements

This website may have links to other websites, and Google AdSense ads run on it, which bring in a lot of links. I do not control them. If you happen to click on one and end up somewhere else, and you have a problem because of that, I cannot take responsibility for it. Please use this website at your own responsibility, and depend on yourself for anything you do on it. I cannot take responsibility for those links and ads.

Limitation of Liability

As far as the law allows, neither I, nor anyone who helps me, nor any business connected with the website, will be responsible for any direct or indirect loss of any kind that comes from using the tools. If anyone suffers any loss, I will not be responsible for it, whether or not I have been told that the loss has happened.

Accuracy of Information

I try to keep the website up to date, but I cannot promise that all the current information will be fully updated. Things may change without any notice. This applies to the blog posts, the tool descriptions, the questions and answers, and anything else written here. I look at them from time to time, but they may not always keep working in the browser, and if a change like that shows up, I am not responsible for it either, and neither is the founder or any owner of the website.

Changes to This Disclaimer

I will keep updating this website from time to time. Whenever there is a change in a tool, a change in the law, a new version, a new date or anything else, this page will be updated as well. Please check this page from time to time. If you keep using Resizer Photo, it means you accept the changes. By using this website, or any tool or anything else on it, you are saying that you know about all the updates and all the conditions, and that you accept these terms and conditions.
