Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Resizer Photo, at resizerphotos.com. For now I run this website on my own. If a team joins later, I do not know yet. I will take full care of your privacy. I want to tell you on this page that no information about your photos is collected on my website, and that the little information that is collected is explained further down. I also want to tell you what choices you have. You will get full privacy, and you do not have to pay for anything here, because everything is free. If you do not agree with all of this, please do not use this website. I have tried to write it in simple words, as well as I could.

2. Image Processing & Your Files

None of your pictures, or anything else, is uploaded to my server. You can use the tools for free, and everything runs completely inside your browser. For this I have used JavaScript and the Canvas feature of the browser. Because it all stays in your browser, you can use it to solve any problem with your picture, whether it is about design, changing the format, or anything else. No information about your photos is sent to me, and the website does not receive any. I built the website this way on purpose. Even if something goes wrong with the website, you will not have to worry that your data has gone somewhere. If you close the tab, the tool does not keep anything behind, neither in memory nor as data.

3. Information We Collect

Some information is collected through Google Analytics, such as how much traffic the website gets. Because Google AdSense is used as well, things like your IP address may be used to recognise a visitor. I use all of this only to see how the website is working and how it can be made better. If you write to me through the contact form, I take your name and email only to reply to you. You tell me what the problem is, and I use these details for that. The form works through a service called EmailJS. Apart from this, nothing on the website is hidden.

4. Google AdSense

The website shows ads from Google AdSense, and the ads run on the sides of the pages. These are Google's own ads, served by Google and its partners, and I also use cookies for the advertising. You can turn off personalized ads by going to Google Ads Settings.

5. Google Analytics

I use Google Analytics to see how many people have visited my website and which pages they visited. Please do not worry about it, because it is a Google service that is widely used. You can read how Google handles this information in Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files that get saved on your device. This website uses three kinds of cookies: the ones the website needs to work properly, the ones that help me see how the website is used, and the ones Google AdSense uses to set up ads. There is a banner where you can accept or decline them. If you do not want them, simply do not accept. You can control cookies in your browser settings too, though turning them off may make some features harder to use.

I have also given you an option to change your choice at any time:

7. Third-Party Links

This website may link to other websites. I am not responsible for how those websites use your information, so before you share any private information with them, please read their privacy policy.

8. Data Security

One more thing I should tell you: this website runs on the normal internet and inside your own browser, so I cannot promise that it is completely secure. Because it works locally in your browser, if there is a problem in your own browser or on your device, that is your responsibility. Please keep your security software and your operating system up to date. If a problem comes from my side as well, I am not responsible for it.

9. Children's Privacy

This website is not meant for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you feel that a child has been given wrong information, or that I should not be giving some kind of information, please contact me at once. If anything like that comes up, tell me what it is and I will remove it.

10. Your Rights

You have every right to ask me to delete your data and remove it completely. You can contact me at amansingh74826839@gmail.com for that. But apart from what is described above, no personal data is collected on my website. If there is a problem in your own browser, this website is not responsible for it, so please use this website at your own responsibility. I will say again that nothing is wrong here and I take security seriously, but sometimes things happen that cause a problem, and your data can be affected too. If anything like that happens, please tell me at this email, contact me, or send me a request. You do not need an account to use the tools, so I do not hold any private data about you apart from what analytics and the contact form collect.

11. Changes to This Policy

I will update this privacy policy from time to time. Whenever I do, I will also change the date at the top, so you can tell that the policy has just been updated. Please look at it from time to time.
