Before you use Resizer Photo, at resizerphotos.com, there are some rules and conditions that you need to agree to. Please read them fully before you use the website. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use this website or any tool that belongs to it. Using the website in any way means that you have read all of these terms and fully accepted them.

2. Description of Service

Resizer Photo gives you completely free online tools to work on your images. You can change the size of a photo, crop it, make it smaller or bigger, change its format, and add a watermark. There are many other tools too, with which you can do all sorts of things to an image. All of this happens on your own device, using JavaScript and the Canvas feature that your browser already has. Your images are not uploaded to any server, and they are not stored anywhere. You do not have to wait for an upload, so you get the result right away, and you can download it very quickly.

3. Free Service

The tools are completely free to use. You do not need to make an account, you do not need to sign in, and you do not need a username or a password. It costs you nothing. Ads are shown on this website, and they are Google's ads. If I make any change in the future, I will mention it in my privacy policy. And if I want to add a new feature, I will update this page before I do it, and I will tell you on the website.

4. Acceptable Use

Please use this website only within the law, and in a way that does not harm anyone, so that nobody is hurt by someone else. Use it for your own good, and not to do wrong to anyone. Please do not use these tools on images that are illegal or against the law, and please do not use copyrighted material at all. If you do, you will be responsible for it yourself. Please do not try to hack the website, break into it or disturb it. Please do not try to scrape it, or to copy its design or anything like that. Use it only to work on images. Please do not use it for anything that involves children, exploitation or misuse. Please do not use it for fraud or tricks of any kind. And please do not try to copy the source code of the website.

5. Intellectual Property

The text, graphics, logo, code and design of this website are mine, and the law protects them. The images you work on always stay yours. Before you use a tool, while you use it, and after you use it, I do not claim any ownership over them. Please do not copy, republish or share my code, my design, or the way my tools work, without my written permission. Of course, using the website in the normal way, and your browser copying files while you do, is fine.

6. User Content

Because all the work happens in your browser, your image never reaches me. I do not store it anywhere, and I cannot see it. The tool runs locally in your own browser, and everything stays with you. If you choose to work on an image with these tools, that is your own responsibility. Please make sure that you have the right to use and change the image you are working on. If that is not the case, that is your responsibility too.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is available as it is, and it is given as it is, without any promise. I cannot promise that it will always work without a break or an error. Some problems and bugs will come up, and I will try to fix them. I cannot promise that it will stay secure for ever, that the results will always be exactly right, or that no problem will come up in the future. If a problem does come up, I will try to fix it, but I cannot promise even that. I will do my best to keep the website working well. If you find any other problem, please tell me.

8. Limitation of Liability

You are allowed to use this website and its tools only within the limits of the law. If you do anything beyond that, the person who used it is responsible. As far as the law allows, I am not responsible for any indirect, accidental or special loss, including loss of data or loss of profit.

9. Advertisements

This website has Google AdSense ads, and maybe ads from other ad networks. I am not responsible for what the ads show, or where they lead. Whether you click on an ad is your own choice, and at your own risk.

10. Third-Party Links

If clicking on something takes you from this website to another website, that is only for your convenience. I have no control over that website, and I am not responsible for what is on it or how it works.

11. Privacy

Your use of Resizer Photo is also covered by my Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

I can change these terms at any time. A change takes effect from the moment I put it on this page. If you keep using the website after that, it means you accept the new terms too. Please look at this page from time to time.

13. Termination

If I think you are breaking these terms, or that what you are doing is harming other users, me, or anyone else, I want to tell you that I can stop or limit your access to the website at any time.

14. Governing Law

These terms follow the law that applies, and if any dispute goes to court, a court that is competent to hear it will decide. I try to run Resizer Photo fairly and to handle data carefully, but I cannot promise that. It is your responsibility to make sure that you use the website in a way that follows the law of the place where you live. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid under another law, only that part will be removed, and the rest of the terms will continue to apply as before.

15. Your Responsibility
